Cancellation Policy

At Kaushya™, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair for our customers.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Prepaid Orders: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: COD orders can also be cancelled within 24 hours. Beyond this window, cancellations may not be accepted as processing may begin immediately.

After Shipment

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Exchange/Return Policy in case of issues with the product.

Order Cancellation by Kaushya™

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues such as stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or errors in pricing/inventory.
• In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund.
