SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – INDIA
Kaushya™ ships to all serviceable pin codes within India. We have partnered with trusted logistics services to ensure your products are professionally handled and delivered safely and on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will inform you promptly via email or WhatsApp.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
- Metro cities: 2–3 working days from dispatch
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch
Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as festivals, weather conditions, or courier delays.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free Shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders up to ₹10,000 with an additional ₹150 COD handling fee
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our service globally in the future.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number. You may use it to track your shipment through our logistics partner’s portal.
NON-DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- If a package returns due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
